BlueFit Health Clubs was established in July 2007 by world class industry experts who have a passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Our motto is “To Inspire People to Exercise” and our passionate team are completely focused on doing this.  Looking and feeling the way you want is all about movement and across our clubs we have a number of activities to get you moving and ensure there is something you will enjoy doing to get your results:
 From the moment you enter BlueFit you are welcomed by our friendly reception team. We understand the hardest part about starting an exercise program is walking through the door and then developing an exercise habit in the first thirty to sixty days as a new member. Therefore we designed a program to help all of our members feel really comfortable and give them education, support and motivation through this period. All of our members join our “5 Steps to Success Program” and have five appointments (Orientation, Supervised Workout, Nutrition, Complimentary Maximum Results Training Session, Program Update) with our professional and supportive trainers to help them design an exercise program, eating plan and ensure they are exercising safely and comfortably in the club during their first five weeks as a new member.  BlueFit also have a number of programs to help members achieve their health and fitness goals and make it fun along the way:
