
Do you want to improve your fitness or simply look and feel better?
1. Orientation(60 mins) to assess what your goals are, set short and long term goals, take some basic measurements including heart rate and blood pressure, develop a strategy and give you a personal program to succeed.
2. Supervised Workout (30 mins) to take you through your personal routine, how to set up the machines and demonstrate each exercise for you to ensure you feel comfortable doing the exercises in your program.
3. Nutrition (30 mins) we will help you with a basic food plan, menus and resources to help you develop a suitable nutrition plan.It is critical that your eating plan reflects your training plan for optimum success in achieving your goals.
4. Complimentary Personal Training (30 mins) We will provide you with a one on one workout with one of our trainers to start to challenge you through your workout and help you to reach levels of training that you never thought was possible. Our mission in this session is to educate, motivate, support and inspire you. We will show you how to get maximum results in the quickest time.
5. Program Review (30 mins) Your progress will be checked at 6-8 weeks to ensure your body and fitness level have started to change and give you an update of your program to show you some new exercises. Whether you have been attending regularly or not this is a very important session to touch base with a trainer and review your progress and short term goals, find out what you like and don’t like and set you a new program for the future. Remember you can't get different results from doing the same thing so we need to mix it up to get your body responding. |
