Between the energetic team-building exercises and exciting activities, the conference provided a brilliant opportunity to connect, share some laughs, and reflect on what makes our team so special.</p><p>At BlueFit our core purpose is simple but profound: to <strong><em>Inspire Community Activity</em></strong>. As we experienced firsthand at the conference, the way we show up every day matters immensely, not just to the patrons walking through our doors, but to each of us as colleagues and to the local councils who entrust us with their community assets.</p><p>At the Conference we launched our new ‘Employee Values’, that form part of The BlueFit Way, and we are so happy to now share them with all of our team members!
