We start with targeted ads across SEEK, LinkedIn, and internal channels to reach a broad pool of candidates. From there, we move fast, conducting quick 15-minute online pre-screens to assess communication, leadership style, and cultural fit before getting top candidates straight in front of the Hiring Manager.</p><p><strong>Q: What excites you most about bringing these new leaders onboard?</strong></p><p><strong>A:</strong> Knowing the supportive environment they're stepping into!
